Tech-Con is a leading supplier of automated robotic torque cells. Utilizing Motoman, Fanuc and ABB robots we provide systems for the car seat, instrument panel, engine cradles and axel assembly lines. Tech-Con Automation ingrates vision systems in conjunction with the robot controllers for bolt position location and verification.

Nuts or bolts are bowl or blow feed into our cells for automated assembly line applications. Integration with Atlas Copco and Stanley torque tools is managed through our control system ensuring torque compliance prior to the parts leaving the automated cell. Torque data is stored through our interface to your plant MES system.
