From flat, hex, round bar to tubing, our chamfering, end facing and de-burring equipment can handle your entire bar finishing requirements. With machined quality finishes at speeds of up to 400 linear feet per minute, our new high-speed line of equipment is capable of finishing round, square, and hexagonal bars, ¼" in diameter and up from 4 to 20 feet in length with automatic set-up in seconds.

The system is developed as an in-line or stand-alone machine that automatically adjusts to the product being run. The machine automatically sets up cutting, speeds, feeds, and cutter positions.
