Over-Under systems are a time-tested solution to safe, reliable and automatic part presentation to line operators. Continuous, automatic and ergonomic, they are a preferred choice when it comes to maximizing your production up-time.
Our side-by-side container exchange units provide a multiple container feeding system for assembly lines and work cells. Containers roll down an infeed conveyor and are ergonomically positioned for an operator. After being loaded (or unloaded), the containers roll down an outfeed conveyor to be removed by a forklift.
Each unit can have up to 10 containers in queue. Our side-by-side conveyors are designed to handle automotive-style shipping containers, racks, pallets with a maximum loaded weight of 10,000 lbs.
Conveyors can be gravity feed, CDLR or chain feed. Our high speed units can handle container exchanges in 15 seconds.
Our lift tables and lift-and-tilt equipment provide a container presentation system for assembly lines and work cells. Containers are fork lift loaded then positioned ergonomically to the operator. We design units for handling automotive-style shipping containers, racks and pallets with a maximum loaded weight of 5,000 lbs.
In line with our lift and tilt equipment, we also custom design tote dumpers. This type of equipment fits in well with high-production robotic part-feeding systems. A high volume tote of screws, nuts, washers can be supplied by the fork-lift operator to the tote-dumper, which in turn can present a large volume of parts to an adjacent part-feeding system.
