Monorail

Overhead monorail systems have proven to be a safe and cost effective solution for various assembly processes, where floor traffic needs to remain unobstructed. Travel speeds are typically very low, with assembly fixtures suspended at operator friendly heights. Variations of this can also include a towing system where parts require dedicated cart fixturing that are frequently coupled and decoupled on the fly to permit manual transfer to secondary operations.
