Over & Unders

Tech-Con is a leading supplier of over and under line feed equipment. Our in house engineering team can supply you with a complete turnkey system to meet all of your needs.

Our over & under, tilter, container exchange units provide a multiple container feeding system for assembly lines and work cells. Each unit has a lift and tilt system with an in-feed and discharge lane and can have up to 8 containers in queue.

Containers are automatically loaded, positioned, and ergonomically presented to the operator. Tech-Con over and unders are designed for handling automotive-style shipping containers, racks, and pallets with a maximum loaded weight of 6,000 lbs.

Optional overhead storage racking increases storage capacity for online storage capabilities.

We have several styles of units to fit many budgets and applications. From our base pneumatic driven with systems up to 88° presentation, to our more sophisticated chain driven systems that have presentation adjustment to 90° and vertical adjustment for ergonomic positioning for all operators.

Our high speed units have the capability to handle container exchanges in 15 seconds.
