Our Project Management Office (PMO) is dedicated to the development of PM standard practices and Customer specific requirements. The PMO meets weekly to ensure best use of project resources and provide Project Milestone Schedule oversight. Our dedicated Project Managers are acting as a single point of contact overseeing the Project from start to finish.
We deliver successful automation projects! We are able to deliver results due to our Project Management Team overseeing the cross functional project teams collaborating together with the Customer’s stakeholders to ensure the Quality, Scope , Schedules and Budgets are met.
Our Project Managers use standardized methods of project reporting that include project schedule tracking, scope change control documents (ECN), open issue resolution & action list and equipment certificate of compliance.
