Providing systems for the car seat, instrument panel, engine cradles and axel assembly lines, our process integrates vision systems in conjunction with the robot controllers for bolt position, location and verification. Our system can handle pre-started nuts and bolts, or fasteners can be bowl fed and / or blown to the end-of-arm tool. Process parameters such as bolt presence, torque and angle can be monitored and fed back to a data collection system, empowering our customers with performance and quality control.
